We provide in-person disability support and mental health services in Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Ipswich and surrounding areas, and via telehealth services Australia-wide.

To become a Footsteps client, you can either:

Once received, we will decide whether we are the right organisation to take on your client. If we feel we can not help them, we will refer you to an organisation that can.
In most cases, we are more than happy to help, and will formulate a service agreement for you and your client to look over.
Absolutely! Whether you have NDIS funding, health insurance, or are paying out of pocket, anyone can use our services.
As well as being a registered NDIS provider, we are registered to provide services to BUPA, Medibank Private, AHM and ARHG clients, as well as WorkCover and NIISQ recipients.
We also regularly work with government departments including Child Safety and Disability Services and Victim Assist, depending on the needs and circumstances of our clients.
If you think you might be eligible for the NDIS, you can download an Access Request Form (ARF), and a Supporting Evidence Form (SEF) and work with your GP, allied health, and specialist medical professionals to prepare and provide the information required.

We support individuals and families with a wide range of diagnosed conditions including anxiety, depression, Autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), acquired brain injury and Spina Bifida, as well as those who are dealing with and have been impacted by trauma, grief and loss, and substance use disorders.
We work with professionals and organisations across a wide range of sectors. Our employee assistance programs (EAP) are designed to support the wellbeing and development of employees across all sectors. Our professional supervision services are uniquely designed to support the wider healthcare community.
If you work with a registered NDIS provider like Footsteps, you will need to contact the NDIS and tell them which provider you work with. This is so that they can connect with your plan in the PACE system, and is known as endorsing your provider.

If your NDIS Plan is on the new PACE system and Footsteps is already your registered NDIS provider, you can simply call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and ask them to endorse Footsteps Community Services (provider registration number 4050065204) as your provider.
A guardian or nominee can also contact the NDIA to endorse Footsteps on your behalf.
