This year has been a time of growth and meaningful change for us, all driven by our commitment to supporting our community. As a family-owned and run organisation, we are constantly striving to enhance the services we offer.
Amid the changes within the NDIS, please rest assured that Footsteps remains a fully registered and audited organisation. Our dedication to quality and client choice is stronger than ever.

Support During the Holiday Period
We understand that holiday periods can be a particularly difficult time of year for some people. If you are struggling, please seek support. Here are some of the services that can assist you during this time:

In the event of an emergency, please contact emergency services by dialling Triple Zero (000).
We are delighted to share that we have expanded our services to include Occupational Therapy, and we now have a Clinical Psychologist onboard.
We have also extended our Recovery Coaching and Complex Support Coordination capabilities to enhance the support we provide to Australians experiencing mental health challenges and living with mental health needs.
In January 2025, we will begin offering Diagnostic Assessments, allowing us to provide even more comprehensive and tailored care.
We’re proud to collaborate with other outstanding community partners, including Fortify Health Group, SMM Support Coordination, Karakan, Anchored Care, Empower Choice and ClearSky Allied Health, to ensure that you benefit from a wide network of compassionate and skilled professionals.

Karakan
At Karakan, our mission is to empower individuals through our core values of connection, inclusion and resilience, helping them navigate their path to recovery and wellbeing through person-centred support and guidance. We provide mental health and psychosocial supports to individuals as we walk alongside them through their recovery journey. Anchored Care
As we approach the Christmas season, Anchored Care extends warm wishes to Footsteps and their incredible community of clients and stakeholders. We are proud to partner with such a dedicated organization in supporting individuals through the NDIS journey.
At Anchored Care, we specialize in providing a wide range of services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), respite care, community participation, and in-home support, all delivered with a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
