Learn more about our mission to support those who have been marginalised or made vulnerable.
In addition to providing much needed disability support and mental health services throughout Australia, in 2022/23, Footsteps provided:
of free therapy for individuals without financial support
worth of food & clothing parcels for struggling families
managing students providing free support to families
of free respite & accommodation to individuals at risk of homelessness
with free support in understanding & accessing the NDIS
worth of free PBSP assessments for individuals not covered by NDIS
In 2024, we were pleased to launch the Footsteps Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals navigating the challenges and impacts of disabilities and mental health.
We support individuals and families with a wide range of diagnosed conditions including anxiety, depression, Autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), acquired brain injury and Spina Bifida, as well as those who are dealing with and have been impacted by trauma, grief and loss, and substance use disorders.
We work with professionals and organisations across a wide range of sectors. Our employee assistance programs (EAP) are designed to support the wellbeing and development of employees across all sectors. Our professional supervision services are uniquely designed to support the wider healthcare community.
