What to expect from our Employee Assistance Program | EAP services

Our employee assistance programs enhance the wellbeing of employees across all sectors to support retention and productivity, and reduce the likelihood of burnout. EAP is a short-term, problem-solving service which is generally only required for a few sessions.

We collaborate with employees in diverse sectors, providing support to clients of all ages, cultures, backgrounds, and diagnosed conditions. We also assist those affected by trauma, grief, and loss.

Our services – delivered by therapists and counsellors – are designed to support your employees and their immediate family members through difficult periods in their personal and professional life. EAP is a preventive and proactive method for the early detection, identification and resolution of both work and personal problems that may adversely affect the wellbeing and performance of your employees.

What topics do EAP sessions cover?

EAP sessions can cover a wide range of topics, depending on the circumstances and difficulties raised by each employee who accesses our service.

Sessions may cover difficulties relating to grief and loss, relationships, ill health, trauma, financial or legal problems, depression, anxiety, and psychiatric disorders, as well as communication difficulties, and difficulties coping with change.
